From an Ottawa Animal Defense League member:

Hi everyone.

 

Teja’s Animal Refuge, the sanctuary for animals east of Ottawa, urgently needs $2,000 to fix their truck and purchase firewood for the winter. The sanctuary cannot function without a vehicle, and the owner Nicole is now cold and miserable each night with no firewood.http://www.tejasanimalrefuge.ca/.

We’ve set Friday, September 30, as the target date for $2000, because that way Nicole can deploy her volunteers, working at Teja’s on Oct. 2, to store the firewood.

Can you help Nicole and the hundreds of animals in her care? Any amount will help.
