The overpopulation of feral cats in our city seems to be out of control. Yet there are those that have the initiative to help out and aid the cats that are homeless due to the lack of interest of certain humans. It is easy for so many people to say; “cats belong outside, it’s natural.” They tend to ignore that there are an estimated 1.5 million stray cats in Quebec. Does this seem natural? We can blame Lack of common sense or education. But we have to stop blaming and start doing something about it.
