Hi everyone,
We’ve just learned that MAPAQ, Quebec, will soon propose to continue the use of gas chambers in pounds FOR ANOTHER 5 YEARS before discussing it anew!! This is unacceptable!! We will be going to the MAPAQ office to deliver our anti-gas chamber petition on the date of the meeting. But we need lots more signatures – and fast!
We’d like to ask if you could print up some copies of the petition and collect signatures, then deliver them to us in person at our rally October 2nd.

This is really urgent, as the MAPAQ meeting should take place soon after our rally (we’re awaiting confirmation on the exact date). There will be a protest in front of their offices in Québec City on that day. We will keep you informed.
