This is a call for help. Please understand that not many details are provided for this pup. Be advised that there is no information given about health and behavior history. This is not a pup coming from a shelter.

He is a 10 month old tethered Golden boy that seems to have some problem with his right paw. He spends his days dragging a 4 feet long chain. His owner decided to keep him a few more days …the person that sends the plea for help fears he will be dumped in the pound any day now.
