The local newspaper L’Écho de Laval had as first page today,  the response of the city towards the situation of the city contract with Berger Blanc. The article found on  Page 4 basically just explains the whole situation and adds that the city will just verify and enforce that all provincial regulations are followed by the Berger Blanc when handling animals.
