Toronto Passes By-Law Banning the Sale of Dogs and Cats in Pet Stores

Richmond, BC was the first Canadian city to do it in April, 2011. Now Toronto has joined the ranks of cities that have banned the sale of cats and dogs in pet stores. SPCA Walk on All 4’s: Sunday in Lafontaine Park

Hundreds of dogs seized near Shawville Quebec
