Laval University has ended the use of live piglets in its training of pediatrics residents

The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine—a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit of 12,000 doctors—received confirmation yesterday that Université Laval has ended the use of live animals in its pediatrics residency program.
